Then grind it by using water to form a thick paste. Then keep batter outside overnight until its brew. Then the next day morning makes dosas with the help of brewed dosa batter. Pongal is a very popular breakfast in Tamilnadu. Pongal made from rice and dal. In Tamilnadu, it is known as Ven Pongal. Upma can make with Bombay Rava or sooji, oil, shallots, green chilies, curry leaves, water, salt, channa dal, urad dal, mustard seeds, hing, and coconut. Firstly, you have to roast the Bombay Rava in one pan until it becomes slightly warm, fragrant. Then boil the sooji by adding of above ingredients, then after a few minutes, upma is ready.
